This poster was created as part of the Hope is Action print exchange in 2021. At the Ladies of Letterpress 2020 conference, Jenny Wilkson of Partners in Print reminded us that hope can be more than a feeling, it can be a call to action. For this print exchange, we created and dispersed messages of hope amongst each other and throughout our communities; messages to inspire action, new ways of thinking, and new ways of being.
25% of the sale price of this poster will go to Arch City Defenders, which provides legal assistance and pursues cases of Civil Rights violations, State Violence, Housing and Homelessness, and other structural inequalities in St. Louis and the surrounding region.
